GravixEye Apps (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides parental control mobile applications (“App”) to help parents monitor and manage their children’s device usage, location, and online activities. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to this Privacy Policy and End User License Agreement (“Agreement”). If you do not agree, do not use the App.
We are committed to protecting your privacy and your child’s data in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (EU/EEA), and other applicable laws.
• We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control.
• You may not: copy, modify, reverse-engineer, distribute, sell, rent, or create derivative works of the App.
• The license ends if you violate this Agreement or we terminate it.
• The App is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Updates may occur; continued use means acceptance of changes.
We collect data to provide parental control features:
• Parent/User Data: Name, email, account credentials, payment info (if applicable), device ID, IP address.
• Child’s Data (processed on behalf of parents): Device location, app usage, screen time, web browsing history, calls/texts (if enabled), photos/videos (limited), contacts (if permitted).
• Automatically Collected: Device type, OS version, crash logs, analytics (usage patterns).
• Sensitive Data: Location, precise geolocation (with consent), and child-related data qualify as personal data under GDPR (often special category or child data).
We do not sell personal data.
• Provide, maintain, and improve the App (e.g., real-time monitoring, alerts).
• Parental account management and support.
• Analytics to enhance features (aggregated/anonymized where possible).
• Legal compliance, fraud prevention, security.
• Contract — Necessary to deliver the App services you requested.
• Consent — For optional features (e.g., location tracking, monitoring communications). You (as parent) provide verifiable consent for processing your child’s data.
• Legitimate Interests — Analytics, security, improvements (balanced against your rights).
• For children under 16 (or lower EEA age), we rely on parental consent as required.
The App is designed for parents (18+). We do not knowingly collect data directly from children without parental involvement. Parents control data collection from child devices. You must obtain appropriate consent/authority before enabling monitoring on a child’s device.
We share data only:
• With service providers (e.g., cloud hosting, analytics like Firebase/Google Analytics — subject to GDPR-compliant agreements).
• To comply with law, protect rights/safety, or in business transfers.
• Never with third parties for marketing.
• Data is stored in secure servers (EU/EEA where possible for GDPR).
• We use encryption, access controls, and regular security measures.
• Retention: As long as needed for service + legal obligations (e.g., up to 6 years for accounting).
You have the right to:
• Access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your/your child’s data.
• Withdraw consent (may limit features).
• Object to processing.
• Lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority (e.g., AEPD in Spain).

If data leaves the EEA, we use safeguards like Standard Contractual Clauses.
We may update this Agreement. Changes will be posted here with a new effective date. Significant changes notified via App/email.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Spain, USA and Leuthenia without conflict of laws.
