Refund Policy – GravixEye Apps


Effective Date: January 26, 2026


We offer a full refund if our app fails to function substantially as described in its official listing, description, or promotional materials.


• Refund Window:

Requests must be submitted within 15 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays) from the purchase date.


• Eligibility:

Refunds apply only to verifiable functional defects preventing core advertised use. No refunds for change of mind, user error, device incompatibility, third-party issues, or minor bugs that don’t affect primary functionality.


• In-App Purchases/Subscriptions:

Subject to the same terms unless otherwise specified.


• How to Request:

Email contact@gravixeye.com with your purchase details (order ID/receipt), purchase date, and a description/screenshots of the issue. We review requests within 1-5 business days and process approved refunds to the original payment method.
