Welcome to Gravixeye. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Gravixeye website and parental control application (collectively, the “Service”) across supported iOS and Android devices. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these legally binding terms.

1. Mandatory Parental Control Disclaimer

  • Sole Purpose: The Service is designed, developed, and licensed strictly for parental control purposes to monitor your minor children.
  • No Alternate Use: You are strictly prohibited from using the Service for any form of adult surveillance, employee tracking, or partner spying.
  • Illegal Monitoring: Installing this software on a device without the explicit legal authority or ownership constitutes a violation of federal and state wiretapping laws.
  • Immediate Termination: Any account found using Gravixeye for non-parental monitoring will be terminated immediately without a refund and reported to law enforcement if required.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

  • Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
  • Legal Authority: You must be the legal parent or guardian of the child being monitored.
  • Accuracy: You must provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.
  • Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and password.

3. Permitted Use and Restrictions

  • Supported Devices: The application is designed exclusively for authorized iOS and Android devices.
  • Authorized Monitoring: You may only install the application on devices owned by you or your legal minor child.
  • No Reverse Engineering: You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of our software.
  • Compliance: Your use must comply with all local, state, and federal privacy laws.

4. Subscription, Fees, and Refund Policy

  • No Free Trials: Gravixeye does not offer free trials or free tiers; upfront payment is required.
  • Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing cycle.
  • Performance Refund: A full refund is available if the application fails to work as described.
  • Refund Request: Technical issues must be reported to contact@gravixeye.com to verify functionality prior to refund approval.
  • Price Changes: We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with advance notice.

5. Privacy and Child Data

  • Data Collection: We collect data strictly to provide parental insights (e.g., location, screen time).
  • COPPA Compliance: We comply with child online privacy protection regulations.

6. Intellectual Property
