Refund Policy

Effective Date: January 26, 2026

We offer a full refund if our app fails to function substantially as described in its official listing, description, or promotional materials.

Refund Window

Requests must be submitted within 15 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays) from the purchase date.

Eligibility

  • Refunds apply only to verifiable functional defects preventing core advertised use.
  • No refunds will be issued for change of mind, user error, device incompatibility, third-party issues, or minor bugs that don’t affect primary functionality.

In-App Purchases / Subscriptions

Subject to the same terms unless otherwise specified in the subscription agreement.

How to Request a Refund

Email contact@gravixeye.com with the following information:

  • Your purchase details (Order ID / Receipt)
  • Purchase date
  • Description and/or screenshots of the issue

We review refund requests within 1–5 business days and process approved refunds to the original payment method.
